Johnary and his crew are the best ever! They are profession, kind, meticulous and left the job site spotless. The shipping time passed before I knew it and it was installed in ONE DAY! Josh was so meticulous, he wiped down the entire structure at the end and left it supper clean and shiny new. I chose white and I love it. My car has been rescued from the hot Texas summer blast. Amazing at the difference. Like I said before, I love it!Posted on Google![]()

Johnary and his crew did a fantastic job on our carport! We had a challenging space to work with and his crew not only made it work-they made it beautiful. And they cleaned up their work area completely. We HIGHLY recommend Patio Doctor!+1Posted on Google![]()

Really appreciate John and his crew. I had an old patio removed to be replaced as we had a water leak. John found the issue, capped everything off as it was a drainage system that was apparently incomplete. The experience, communication, and trust are definite factors in repeat use of any contractor. 1-2 weeks later I had John and the crew pour a foundation for a storage shed I had ordered. They got it done in a single day with excellent results. I highly recommend based on craftsmanship, communication, and comparable honest pricing.Posted on Google![]()

Finally, a construction company that delivered what they promised without breaking my trust or my wallet. I cannot express the relief knowing this job was done correctly on time and on budget. It met all my requirements and the city of Plano’s. My wife and I had been looking for several years to have the driveway replaced. We could never find a company to perform the work either because it was “too” small of a job or they had questionable review ratings. I will not spend money if there is any question whether the job will not be completed successfully to my standards. I grew up working summers for my uncle’s construction company. I am also an engineer. I can tell if work has been “gun decked”; a naval term for cutting corners. I will do without rather than take on new problems. I noticed my neighbor was in the process of having his driveway replaced. Viewing the installation impressed me. The driveway had been removed. The crew had already laid the sand foundation and were tying the rebar into place. It was evident to me they had the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs correctly since it was the way I had been taught. I spoke with the crew about the tasks they were performing and why they were doing it a certain way. Texas clay is the worst ground you can build on. I grew up in Michigan where there is excellent topsoil that is anywhere from 9 to 24 inches deep. Construction methods are different here due to the poor soil conditions. The crew were friendly during my interactions and then provided me their company name. I went home and began investigating the company for reviews, complaints, and BBB ratings. Next step was to call the company for a consultation. John the owner immediately returned my call and was over my house the next day to discuss my construction requirements. With my due diligence completed I provided all information to my wife for discussion. She spoke with John herself, and a date was set to replace our driveway the following week. Patio Doctor handled all of Plano’s permits and inspections. All activities, from getting paperwork approved by the city to the completion of work were seamless to me. I did not participate in any conversations regarding issues that occurred. Patio Doctor took responsibility for them; they sought solutions and implemented them. This is a task for which they get paid. They delivered outstandingly. Our driveway has been completed, and we are elated with the work performed. Due to the relationship, we have built with John, we have approved of an agreement to have his company install a custom-built carport next spring. Our neighbor had one installed recently, and it is stunning in its design and craftmanship. We look forward to our installation. Patio Doctor is a company that is fair and equitable in its business practices; engage them. You owe it to yourself to include them in your due diligence for having construction work performed. One more metric can be a game changer in your decision-making process. I will add that laying cement requires true craftmanship. There are so many variables that need to be formulated for it to be installed correctly. This is the reason you need a “seasoned” expert. These installations are too expensive for subpar work. Thank you, John and crew, for your outstanding workmanship and excellent results.Posted on Google![]()

Johnary and crew did a great professional job installing concrete footings and an elevated slab for a hot tub, and installed a beautiful carport cover over the area. The results are outstanding and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend. 👍👍+1Posted on Google![]()

These guys work commercially as well as residentially. John, the owner as well as his crew are super honest, personable, friendly and very professional. I dare say we made a group of new friends! ❤️ Oh, they speak English as well as Spanish. They went above and beyond to ensure what we wanted to perfection 💯- they even offered ideas. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean to the point of actually moving excess dirt to low spots in my yard without me even having to ask. I did mention that I wanted the extra dirt for this purpose, but they took it upon themselves to do it for us, wow. That's Excellent customer service. They did a Fabulous job from start to finish, even addressed our concerns regarding slipping as we age as well as our pets concerns, so they meet those needs as well. Many contractors require up to 50% of cost upfront to pay for supplies. If you write a check, it's better as they don't get charged credit card fees, but they do accept credit cards as well. The greatness of this team is beyond words!! I Highly recommend you give them a call when you need or want a job done right the 1st time. John even told us to help prevent cracking, spray new concrete down for several days, Awesome as we did not know this. Their prices are great too and they work highly efficient. I even recommended my neighbor and within a few days, his projects was done and he loves it too! These guys will always have any future business with us for certain! Thank you John and Team!!! 👏 👏 👏 👏+3Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
