I have been waiting for this product to be installed in my backyard for a quiet sometimes I am very satisfied and happy with installation,  with product itself and also with the crew members, including John. These guys work commercially as well as residentially. John, the owner as well as his crew are super honest,  personable, friendly and very professional. I dare say we made a group of new friends! ❤️ Oh, they speak English as well as Spanish. They went above and beyond to ensure what we wanted to perfection 💯- they even offered ideas. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean to the point of actually moving excess dirt to low spots in my yard without me even having to ask. I did mention that I wanted the extra dirt for this purpose, but they took it upon themselves to do it for us, wow. That's Excellent customer service. They did a Fabulous job from start to finish, even addressed our concerns regarding slipping as we age as well as our pets concerns, so they meet those needs as well. Many contractors require up to 50% of cost  upfront to pay for supplies. If you write a check, it's better as they don't get charged credit card fees, but they do accept credit cards as well. The greatness of this team is beyond words!! I Highly recommend you give them a call when you need or want a job done right the 1st time. John even told us to help prevent cracking, spray new concrete down for several days, Awesome as we did not know this. Their prices are great too and they work highly efficient. I even recommended my neighbor and within a few days, his projects was done and he loves it too! These guys will always have any future business with us for certain! Words cannot express how professional, personable, polite, efficient, caring and outstanding Johnary and his Team are! They did such an excellwnt job adding to our driveway, sidewalk and back porch patio! They verified every detail and gave us wonderful recommendations/solutions with perfect follow-thru! They helped us with situating our dogs too who couldn't go oit back because of the patio pour. What a wonderful experience and everything looks fantastic! The price was very reasonable and fair as well! Johnary continued to follow up with us afterwards also. The Patio Doctor did a wonderful job on my new patio covers at my duplex. They showed up on time, finished on time, ensured the job site was cleaned up and were really nice fellows. I could not be more happy with how the project turned out! I appreciate how well they communicated with me about the project. I really love my outdoor space more than ever! Johnary and his crew are the best ever!  They are profession, kind, meticulous and left the job site spotless.  The shipping time passed before I knew it and it was installed in ONE DAY!  Josh was so meticulous, he wiped down the entire structure at the end and left it supper clean and shiny new.   I chose white and I love it.  My car has been rescued from the hot Texas summer blast.  Amazing at the difference.  Like I said before,  I love it!
