Patio Doctor works with KunkelWorks USA to bring these systems to Texas homes, with our team handling everything from delivery through installation.

Our RV ports are built for decades of use, with a 50+ year service life possible for the aluminum structure with proper installation and normal care. The anodized aluminum frame will not rust, rot, or warp, and roof panels or individual components can be replaced if they are ever damaged. Each unit is permanently installed in concrete footings for long-term stability.
Zero maintenance. Our aluminum systems never need painting, sealing, staining, or rust treatment to stay strong. Typical cleaning is optional, but an occasional rinse will help your RV port look sharp and at its best.

Our team installs most single RV ports in one to two days, depending on project requirements. If permitting is required, the city’s inspection schedule can add one to two working days to the overall timeline.
Permit and HOA requirements vary by city project size, placement, and neighborhood. Even when a building permit is not required, setback, easement, and structural requirements may still apply.
Patio Doctor offers permitting services when a city permit is required. This can include application preparation, site plans, construction plans, and inspection coordination. A current property survey or plot plan is usually required. If the city requires engineered plans, that can also be arranged.
For HOA approval, Patio Doctor can provide project details, plans, and supporting documents to help with the homeowner’s submission. A current property survey or plot plan may also be required.
